New Community Capacity grants now open!
The Community Capacity fund is open for a second round of grants, thanks to £325,000 from Oxfordshire County Council. Applications will open on 6th September for grassroots organisations throughout Oxfordshire to help support people with independence, resilience and addressing preventable conditions.
