EventsNewsOCFA suited hand writes with a fountain pen

Thanks to the generosity of colleagues at several local firms, we are now able to offer a series of dates for our professional advisor briefings at a variety of times and locations. The briefings are aimed at financial advisors, solicitors and accountants working with private clients to plan their philanthropy.

Our professional advisor briefings are an opportunity to hear OCF CEO Jayne Woodley outline a series of efficient alternatives to private trusts and charities. Jayne will show how the community foundation has been able to support a variety of different clients in achieving their philanthropic ambitions, working side by side with their professional advisors. The briefings are informal in nature and include time for questions and discussion, as well as refreshments appropriate to the time of day (a light breakfast or lunch, or drinks and nibbles later in the day).

Each briefing lasts 1.5 hours (presentation 45 mins, plus 30 mins for informal discussion and refreshments). Our contacts at local firms Wenn TownsendBrookStreet des RochesChapman Robinson and Moore and Whitley Stimpson have very kindly offered us the use of their meeting rooms for the briefings.
