The Beard Family Foundation

The Beard Family Foundation was set up in 2025 to enable the Beard family to pursue their personal philanthropic interests across Oxfordshire. Mark Beard, Chairman of family-owned construction firm Beard, previously founded the Beard Charitable Foundation in 2016 with his late father, Alan.

The fund is held and managed by Oxfordshire Community Foundation (OCF), which allows historic and new donations to be used for charitable purposes, and ensure they benefit from Gift Aid.
