Community celebrates friendship between people of different backgrounds
OCF’s Community Integration Grants funded projects that nurture mutual understanding, trust and friendship between people of different ethnicities, ages or socio-economic backgrounds. At an event on Tuesday, all the charities funded came together to celebrate their work, alongside the donors who enabled the grants.

Financial Summary 2018: OCF stewards over £1 million in donations for fifth consecutive year
OCF’s accounts show that the organisation continues to thrive, with over £1 million in voluntary income and £1.2 million made in grants during the financial year 2017-18.

Aesop’s ‘Dance to Health’ initiative is a fall-prevention programme for older people, and a fun and social way for older people to participate in exercise, building up strength and mobility while also supporting mental health and wellbeing.
Children Heard and Seen
Children Heard and Seen works to mitigate the effects of parental imprisonment on children, and consequently to reduce the likelihood of generational offending, mental health issues and family breakdown.
Grants from June round support vulnerable and isolated people
OCF’s June grants panel awarded 23 grants totalling nearly £38,000. Funding was directed to hard-to-reach young people and isolated elderly residents of some of the more deprived areas across Oxfordshire.
