Oxfordshire Community Foundation is now seeking a strong, strategic thinker to lead the board and influence other major players, as current Chair Anna Moon plans to retire in 2016 after many years of outstanding service.
The search is on for an individual who has the entrepreneurial drive to maximise the potential in new opportunities as they emerge, and to ensure the organisation is well placed to benefit from them. We have aspirational targets to achieve significant growth over the next five years, which will see the organisation manage in excess of £20 million assets on behalf of ourselves and others, and the Chair of Trustees will be instrumental in helping us meet our aspirations.
Our present Chair, Anna Moon, has been involved with Oxfordshire Community Foundation since the very beginning in 1995, but she is now planning to retire, when her current term as Chair comes to an end in early 2016.
There is no doubt that under Anna’s recent stewardship OCF has achieved unrivalled success, and with the organisation now well placed for continued growth, it offers a great opportunity for someone else to make a significant contribution in helping us deliver on our philanthropy vision for Oxfordshire.
