OCF has just opened our next round of Delivering Impact grant funding. We are particularly seeking applications from groups that are working to reduce the affect of crime on children and families.

OCF’s Delivering Impact funding is a grants programme for charities and community groups that are looking for financial support for their project work or core costs. Each round of funding has a specific focus, with preferred outcomes and beneficiaries, which align with the unacceptable social problems identified in our research report Oxfordshire Uncovered. When we assess the applications received, those that meet our specified interests are prioritised. Other themes already funded are loneliness and isolation, community integration and poverty and deprivation.

The decision-making panel for this round of funding will focus on organisations working in areas such as crime prevention and early intervention, breaking the cycle of re-offending, building safer communities, economic deprivation, or providing services to assist people into employment. Priority will be given to those groups explicitly working to prevent or reduce crime which affects children and families.

Grants of between £1,501 and £10,000 are available to groups with an income up to £1 million, with a closing date of 10th January 2018 at midday. The other OCF grant programme currently open is the Step Change Fund, which closes on Friday 10th November.
