OCF Funders’ Forum
Tuesday 31 October, 2017 @ 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Free
Trusts and foundations with an interest in Oxfordshire are invited to OCF’s third Funders’ Forum.
At our event in June, funders heard from 360Giving and The Good Exchange (TGE) about some digital innovations around grant-making and fundraising. Delegates were keen to learn more about these and expressed an interest in gaining a better understanding of the many social challenges faced by those in Oxfordshire.
Our next event is now planned for 31st October, where as well as bringing together a range of local and national funders with a particular interest in Oxfordshire, there will be an opportunity to hear from organisations working directly with those facing homelessness and what they believe is needed to achieve real impact on this very visible problem.
OCF has prioritised our December grants panel to focus on homelessness and poverty, and we will have much to share on the progress of our partnership with TGE, with whom we are now working to support our activities. We hope that other funders and projects will be getting involved with TGE in the meantime, and if you are interested in doing so, please do get in touch with Julia.
All discussions will be completely confidential and the session will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule.
