An over 50’s Zumba Gold session at Bicester Health and Wellbeing Centre, which is one of the projects that could benefit from the Oxfordshire Community Foundation, who have launched their fifth Surviving Winter appeal to help older people throught the colder winter months. The foundation needs to raise £20,000 which will then be distributed to local groups who provide activities and services for the over 50’s. Being put through her paces in the front along with the rest of the class is Aida Padron (correct) (07876 803365).
